Fifa 20 crashing
Having an issue with my FIFA 20 crashing. Online and offline. Even just in a career mode match when I load into the game it freezes and eventually crashes. All audio is delayed and skips a lot. I’ve uninstalled and tried everything I know of. Any help?

Also having this problem. 6-1 up in FUT champs 90th minute and it took me to the menu and said it’s under review. I seem to have the game added back to my remaining rather than my wins!? Internet connection definitely ok.

@EA_Aljo I have this issue, I've tried this & other steps, I'm not receiving responses & you haven't made a direct communication to keep us updated.
I've not been able to play since Friday & keep being told it's being investigated but hours, days more, a week from here?

Hi there, @royden458.
If you're experiencing the freezing issue that was reported this weekend, please try the steps below for the console you play on:
Xbox:
1. Close the game -> Go to the Xbox settings -> Network settings -> Advanced Settings -> Alternate MAC Address -> Clear.
2. Set your DNS manually to primary 1.1.1.1. and secondary to 1.0.0.1. in the Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings.
PS4:
1. Go to the PS4 Settings > Account Management, and select Restore Licenses. Click OK when done.
2. Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which he uses) -> custom on the Playstation and fill in primary 1.1.1.1. and 1.0.0.1. as secondary.
Please let me know how it goes. Thanks!
