Fitness card ERROR when buying.

When I try and buy squad or player fitness cards from the wheel or direct from Transfer tab I pay for the item, it takes my coins however the Item does not show up in my club! FFS!!!!

Anyone else having this problem?

I've just tried the same process with contract cards...

Buy off the wheel via squad, it takes my coins and the screen freezes...

Same thing off transfer tab. Buy the item takes my coins and no item.

Restart fifa, coins are gone. No items in club.

Literally cannot play the game anymore now. Due to not being able to keep my players playable...

WTAF!

Anyone know what's going on?
