The existing account seems to have been hacked

I'm playing FIFA 20 with the Nintendo Switch

I received an e-mail saying that the e-mail registered in the account has changed around January, but I could not confirm it at that time.

User authentication e-mail is sent to the changed e-mail when attempting to connect to the Internet account with the current Nintendo Switch.

However, it is not my mail, so I cannot confirm it.

The account you are writing to is a new account you have signed up to leave. The existing account is also [edit: email address removed] and I want to change the user authentication mail to gmail.

The existing ID is kparkcool

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/i-think-somebody-hacked-my-origin-account-what-can-i-do-now/

If your account is still compromised or you cannot enter to your account:

 

  1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
  2. Select Origin as the product
  3. Select your platform
  4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic
  5. Select “Hacked account” as the issue.
  6. Select one of the options to talk with EA
