I have linked my account to twitch prime because I received February's pack but when i try to redeem this months pack it sends me in a loop on linking accounts and sends me right back to the link accounts screen. When i went through the EA help it let me unlink my account and then i relinked it, still no pack. I tried contacting them through the chat ( not getting any other option) and was given a waiting time of 31 minutes, i waited over and hour and still didn't get a pop up chat screen. There's literally no help or support on this issue or any other, can anyone do anything about this?
