My EA account has suddenly shown up as invalid on FIFA 20, and when I tried to recover it, I was told that it did not match the details on their system.  I set up my account in 2009, so the email address no longer exists.  I was advised by a chat agent to submit a recovery form which would fix this.  I have submitted two forms but been told on both occasions that they have not validated my details, without saying what further details they need.  Has anyone else had this issue recently, or is there someone at EA who can help me?
