Its working again now mysteriously. It had an error message saying something along the lines of 'there was an error connecting to the ea servers. please try again'. Following this it would boot me off ultimate team but I could go straight back in and continue doing every other action in the game besides submitting a completed SBC. It feels a lot like when you get market banned for bidding on too many players.
