3412 is massive in th3 demo. Most of your opponents would also not be used to playing against this formation due to the popularity of 4231 or 41212. So I think it can work online. Only problem will be to find RM and LM with high stamina as with Fast Buildup they are constantly running up and down the pitch.
Any suggestions for LM and RM?
