I appreciate the quick response, but this info does not help. I have seen this previously and it leads me to create a case and speak with a tech, but I cannot get a hold of anyone. Additionally, my cases keep getting marked as "resolved" when this issue is not at all resolved.
Also, I tweeted EA and EAhelp and it looks like my tweet somehow got deleted.....weird....
