this is what i have already done , i have already complaint there twice
my first complaint was on 18th November 2019 on which i ask why my account was suspended and my that case was closed without even explaining anything at all
then after 7 days i again complaint and created new case which shows in progress and we are investigating
so 10 days gone and still no explanation
