Hello,

Please explain to me were anyone has answered my question as to why the ball is going through my players. I was told by ea contact  multiple times to put a post plus picture up of such and I did but instead of being answered I got banned they said i.e. ea contact said this was the best place to put it as it will be looked at by the studio team instead its being put as spam and being removed.

Can someone please tell me why this is happening.
