OK very simple.

I'm on xbox wired with my router very close to it.

Ping is 18-20ms

I've done all the trouble shoots ea suggest and I mean all of them. I've changed my dns to Google etc and still no difference.

5 out of ten games disconnects.

Clearly this is a problem on eas end not the public as there can't be this many people having disconnect issues on various platforms.

Seeing as ea staff are selective responding to my other posts I would like to speak to a manager in charge. Telling the people around the world that there is nothing wrong with ea servers is hogwash ive missed out massively on weekend league and rivals. I want to speak to some one who can issue a form of compensation as again I've done all trouble shoots ea staff have suggested. I've not spent a lot of money on a game for it to play when it wants. I've even lost followers on twitch because of this and now I demand to speak to some one high up please. I do expect a response that does not state how to trouble shoot
