I am trying to receive a gift from the catalogue from one of my accounts to the other (the one I am gifting to is level 6 and the other is above 40 I believe). I get the "GIFT NOT SENT" message, where is, says says " we are unable to send this gift to this person. Please try again later." I get the same thing even if I try to send a gift to someone else. I am not sure what to do. It has been like this for 4 days now.
