My account has been banned from FIFA online play
I have just bought this game 2 days ago.
Played only 30+ games.
Today I got a mail that
Hello,
We noticed that your account was involved with cheating during one or more FIFA online matches, which breaks our rules.
Your account has been banned from FIFA online play.
What is this?
I got disconnected many times from servers in rivals & got loss for all of them.
"You have lost your connection to EA servers " & I'm kicked back to the FIFA main menu.
Am I banned for getting disconnected from EA servers?
I need a explanation for this.
On what basis do you ban my account & labeling that I'm a cheater
I'm doing player objectives which expires 3 days.I have completed most of it but my account is banned & it will take 72hrs to respond.
I have contacted but still I didn't got any reply.

I did it. And after week I only got message that my ban is confirmed. I have never sold/bought coins and still got ban. After three cases they still didnt tell me why exactly I am banned.

Not good enough. You ban or take coins from people for no reason. Absolute joke! Fifa is dead to me after you took my coins yesterday for selling an icon well within his price range and then buying a TOTSSF item. Your customer support is non existent. I want one to call me but that's not possible it seems. I want an explanation. I'm 40 plus years old, been an EA customer for 25 years and this is what I get - it's unacceptable!!!!!
